Passengers who are residents of the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or the Autonomous City of Ceuta are entitled to a 50% reduction on the standard fare.

Passengers with this residency status can purchase their tickets from standard clickair sales outlets.

In order to enjoy this reduction, passengers must provide evidence of their residency status by showing the relevant documentation prior to boarding. clickair reserves the right to make copies of this documentation or to refuse boarding should the company detect any problems or anomalies. Any passenger who fails to provide evidence of their residency status at the check-in desk may not board the aeroplane and the cost of the ticket will not be reimbursed.

Travellers who are entitled to the resident's reduction cannot check in online.

Information for large families

Large families with three children are entitled to a reduction of 5% on the standard fare. Those with more than three children enjoy a 10% reduction.

Passengers with large-family status can purchase their tickets from standard clickair sales outlets, where they have to provide their large-family registration number.

What is a promotional code?

The promotional code is a code enabling passengers to obtain reductions on the standard flight fare.

The code is made up of a combination of between 5 and 12 alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers).

- For example: AB123D45

Passengers with a promotional code must enter it in the "I have a promotional code" box in order to benefit from the reduction advertised in the promotion.

The reduction linked to the promotional code will be automatically applied and will appear at the next stage of the purchase process.
