Verona flights

Road
You can get to the airport following theA4 and or A22, takint the exit Sommacampagna and following the signs to the airport.
It is also possible to get there from the Verona Norte exit, following the signs to the airport.
 
Bus
At the Verona station, a bus departs every 20 minutes, from 6.10 am to 11.10pm. The journey takes 25 minutes and it costs 3.60€.
 
Taxi
The taxi stop is in front of the arrivals terminal.

What to visit
Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, is a city characterised by more than two thousand years of history, is with Venice the second city of the area Veneto.
During the Roman Empire it was a political and commercial centre, whose magnificent traces can still be seen: the archaeological area near Porta Leoni the Arena, the Roman Theatre, Porta Borsari, and the Scavi Scaligeri, an area situated in the middle of the city, close to the  Piazza Erbe.
 
Restaurants
In Verona you can find the typical meal of the area of Veneto, such as the "zuppa scaligera" and the gnocci made of potatoe, butter and parmesano and tomatoe.
The Pandoro is the typical Christmas cake, which you can find in Verona any time in the year.

The Lyrical Station takes place in Verona during the months of July and August.
