Direct access to the airport is gained via the roads N-556 from Vigo, N-555 from Redondela and A-52 from Ourense. The first two also link up with the AP-9 motorway, which leads to Pontevedra, Bayona and Portugal.

On week days the line covers the route between the airport and Plaza América; on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, between the airport and Colón.
