What to visit
Dubrovnik, known as the "Adriatic pearl", is a city in the coast of Croatia and in the south of Dalmatia, included in UNESCO's Register of World Architectural Heritage.
Is 1940-meter-wall, built from the 13th century to the 18th century, encircles, among others, the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin, the Franciscan Monsastry, with aPharmacy and a cloister of the XIV century in its inside. In the longest street in Dubrovnik, Stradun, you can find the Sponza palace, Gothic and Renaissance mixture style, which now houses the State Archives.
You should also visit the church of the Holy Saviour,the Minceta and the Revelintowers. 

Restaurants
There are more than 60 restaurants in Dubrovnik. The Dalmatian cuisine consists, basically,of fresh sea fish boiled in a fish stew, frog, eel and river crab dishes, black risotto and Dalmatian stew (pa%u0161ticada) with gnocchi.

The largest and most celebrated cultural event in Croatia is the Dubrovnik Summer Festival, which lasts forty-five days and consists of activities such as concerts, recitals and open-air theatre performances.
