Road
Around the airport you will find the AP-9 toll motorway linking A Coruña with Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra, Vigo and Tuy, and the N-550, between A Coruña and Santiago. The six-hundred-metre airport slip road is accessed from the N-550, direction to Culleredo.

What to visit
In A Coruña you can visit the Hercules tower, the only roman lighthouse which is still working. You cab also walk by the harbor, in front of the Galerías, which were the old homes of the fishmen. These Galerías have made the city be called "the crystal city". At the historycal center, the old town , we can find several beautiful churches, squares and gardens.
In the cirty you will find several art galleries, exhibitions, modernist architecture and fantastic museums, where you can learn much about science, fauna and the human being. You can not only enjoy several activities, such as golf, cyclying, surfing and sailing, but also a journey on a tram, next to the promenade and along 2km of beach, in the heart of the city.

The nacional medieval fair takes places in A Coruña during the first week of July, which remembers the privileges that were able to get during the Middle Age, at a fair free of taxes.

Furthermore, the Festa da Dorna remembers a gala dinner in 1949, where a dorna, swedish boat, was raffled.
 
During the festivities of San Roque, in Melide, several concerts and parties take place.
