You can get to the Porto airport following the national road 107 or the divided motorway IC 24.
Bus
The 601 and 87 bus lines connect the airport with several areas of Porto. The ticket costs €1.20.
Subway
From 06.00am to 01.30pm and every 20-30 minutes, the purple line connects the airport with the train and the Porto city center. It costs €1.35.
Taxi
Taxis to the city center can cost around 12€.

What to visit
The old town of Porto is one of the World Heritage Properties.
In Sierra de Pilar, once you are in the convent, you have a great view of the city, of its cathedral and its iron bridges, the Luis I bridge and the Maria Pia bridge, the first work of art of Gustave Eiffel.
